2022 Scholarship Recipients
Jessica ChenJessica Chen is a 2022 graduate from Natick High School. She will be attending the University of Southern California in the fall where she plans on studying Computational Neuroscience. Jessica is passionate about the intersection between technology and society in a variety of contexts, including protecting the environment. She has advocated for reforms to her school lunch system in an effort to facilitate a food rescue program, where the unused cafeteria food would be diverted to local communities and families in need. She has also had experiences with educational technology as a research intern with the MIT Teaching Systems Lab and biotechnology as a student with Stanford Summer Session. Jessica believes that technology has ample potential to further society and looks forward to engaging with a technology-related career in her future endeavors.

N William CamaraMy name is N William Camara and I am 18 years old. I will be attending Adelphi University in the fall to study physics and engineering. My favorite way to spend his free time is doing outdoor activities. I am an avid hiker, cyclist, and skier. I am very excited to start the next chapter of his life in the academic world.

Rhode LimageMy name is Rhodenischelah Limage, nickname Rhode, and I was born on February 20th, 2004, in Gonaives, Haiti. I moved to America when I was five years old. I have 9 siblings, and I am the sixth and next child to go off to college. I will be attending Bucknell University in the fall. I plan to major in environmental science and biology in hopes of being able to positively contribute to fighting climate change. I love to read and play soccer for fun. I also love to go out with my friends and try new food and new places; I am very adventurous.

Sohpia AllenMy name is Sophia Allen, I go to the O'Bryant school. I am a member of the student government and managed the boys varsity soccer team. I enjoy going to protest for equal rights and have been part of many environmental justice protests. I am a sailing instructor at Courageous sailing, I have been part of the courageous community for 12 years. I am going to UMass Amherst undecided with the intention to transfer to the engineering program. I am very passionate about environmental justice and intent to work hard in the future to help make the environment cleaner.

Sheldon BrownMy name is Sheldon Brown and I am an 18-year-old who plans on striving in the engineering society as a mechanical engineer. I come from a Caribbean family where my dad is from Jamaica and my mom is from Barbados. They both encourage me to always work hard and push to be whatever I want to be. I also am the eldest of three children, including my sister and my younger brother. Overall I have always cherished the sciences, especially the ability to create things. So naturally, I became interested in Mechanical Engineering which turned out to be the career I plan on following in the near future. With the guidance of my degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
